\n\u2022 An intumescent protection layer Gelcoat POLYFIRE IFRV R Series<\/strong> (Brush or Spray Grade). Intumescent materials work by forming a protective char layer at the interface fire source\/composite laminate, thus thermally insulating the underlying composite and inhibiting the production of flammable volatiles at the same time.
